Foundation awards 12 scholarships

The Derek Hughes/NAPSLO  Educational Foundation awarded scholarships to 12 students for the 2005-06 school year.

Students selected to receive a Rolland L. Wiegers Education Scholarship were: 

• Cheri N. Chojnacki, Appalachian State University    
• Benjamin T. Faust,  Ori C. Feibush    
• Bruce E. Kitts, Temple University    
• Brent M. Wells, Appalachian State University

The Kevin A. McLaughlin Memorial Scholarship recipient was Craig S. Carpenter, Olivet College.

Scott W. Polley Memorial Scholarship recipients were 

• Alan W. Elam, Appalachian State    
• Sarah J. Leszczuk, Temple University    
• Nicole A. Ricigliano, Ball State University.

The Herbert W. Kaufman Memorial Scholarship recipient was Jennifer L. Bridgett, Bradley University. 

The Foundation Scholarship recipient was Gabriel G. Pringle, Olivet College and the NAPSLO Scholarship recipient was Janet L. Stam, Olivet College.

The program's goal is to further the study of insurance and encourage and support students interested in insurance.
