NAIC Compensation Disclosure Model Bill 

The NAIC Compensation Disclosure Model Bill Task Force recently put forth a revised model NAIC Compensation Disclosure Amendment to the NAIC Producer Licensing Model Act for further review and comment.  

As it currently stands, the model NAIC Compensation Disclosure Amendment contains an exemption from the disclosure requirements for wholesale intermediaries.
