NAPSLO 2004-05 slate of Officers, Directors announced
The NAPSLO Nominating Committee recently issued its proposed slate of officers and directors for the Association for 2004-05.
NAPSLO member firms will vote on the proposed slate of officers and directors during the Annual Business Meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, September 22, at the NAPSLO Annual Convention in Orlando.
Nominated for officer positions were:
President - Richard L. Polizzi, ASLI, Western Security Surplus Ins., Pasadena, California.
Vice President - Lawrence M. Wesson, Jr., U.S. Risk Insurance Group, Dallas, Texas.
Secretary - William H. Newton, Lemac & Associates, Los Angeles, California.
Treasurer - Mary Ellen Rozzell, Continental/Marmorstein & Malone, Paramus, New Jersey.
Nominated for new three-year terms on the NAPSLO Board were Marshall P. Kath, Heath Holdings USA, Inc.; Thomas F. Mulligan, Western World Insurance Group, Franklin Lakes, New Jersey; Gary L. Tiepelman, CPCU, ASLI, Scottsdale Insurance Company, Scottsdale, Arizona.
Mr. Polizzi and Mr. Newton were renominated for new three-year terms on the NAPSLO board.
Directors are nominated for three-year terms on the Board. Officers are nominated for a one-year term.
Members of the Nominating Committee were: Samuel C. Anderson, CPCU, Colony Insurance Company; Sue Bishop, Continental/Marmorstein & Malone; Andrew S. Frazier, CPCU, Western World Insurance Group and Lawrence M. Wesson, Jr., U.S. Risk Insurance Group. Immediate Past President, Nicholas D. Cortezi, All Risks, Ltd., Hunt Valley, Maryland was the committee chair.
