Legislative tracking available to members

NAPSLO members can keep up-to-date on current regulatory and legislative actions at the state and federal level through the legislative bill tracking service the Association offers.

The tracking service, NetScan, was developed by Thomson West, makers of Westlaw, and provides up-to date information directly from state and federal agencies and  legislatures.

NAPSLO members can access the service through a link on NAPSLO's Web site. You will receive a username and password for the NetScan service.

NAPSLO daily monitors legislation in all 50 states and also at the federal level. After reviewing potential legislation that could impact the industry, NAPSLO will note bills that may be of interest to members.

NetScan allows members to read the bill, see the current status, history, and comments by NAPSLO staff. Bills are filed in folders by state or federal.
