NAPSLO seeking committee volunteers

In an effort to include new committee members on the committees this year, the NAPSLO Board of Directors is working to improve the selection process.  

Letters regarding committee service will go out after the June board meeting. Committee Day will be held in November in Dallas. 

Interested members can e-mail the request to info@napslo.org, or write or fax the NAPSLO office to volunteer for a committee assignment.   

In the correspondence, provide background information and any areas of interest. (If e-mailed, include firm name and address.)

Interested volunteers should indicate availability to attend NAPSLO's Committee Day, scheduled for November 12-13 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel at the DFW Airport.

NAPSLO currently has nine committees and approximately 100 volunteer committee members.  

Current NAPSLO committees are:Budget, Finance, Audit & Investments; Communications & Technology; Convention; Education; Internship; International; Legislative; Membership & Ethics; and Mid-Year Educational Workshop.

Each year a number of members leave committee service, making room for new volunteers to join the committees. The NAPSLO Board urges members to apply, as they are seeking to make changes in the selection process.
