Approximately 30 private tables within the Brokers’ Club, are available for purchase. Firms may purchase one table, for $1,500 or a semi-private meeting room for $2,500. Rooms will be set conference style for 20. Cancellation of the reserved tables are non-refundable after September 1. A limited number of tables and rooms will be available for purchase.

Firms who purchase a table prior to August 1 will be listed in the 2009 NAPSLO Annual Convention Program Booklet. The listing will denote the firm’s name, and a diagram will note the firm’s table location in the Brokers’ Lounge. NAPSLO will also supply a table tent on your reserved table noting your firm’s name. NAPSLO will divide the unreserved section of the Brokers’ Lounge into color-coded Zones.

PLEASE NOTE TABLE GUIDELINES

1. Brokers’ Club tables are limited to one per firm, however firms registering more than 50 delegates may purchase an additional table.

2. Each firm may purchase one 8 person table, for $1,500 and/or a semi-private meeting room for $2,500. (Limit one per firm) No additional chairs may be added to the table.

3. Tables are available for use only during the Brokers’ Lounge hours of operation. The Brokers’ Lounge is open from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7 and 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, and Friday, October 9 and 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 10.

4. Audio/video, additional signage and exhibits are not allowed at the tables or anywhere else within the Brokers’ Club area. Table signage with your firm name (as listed in NAPSLO records) will be provided; signage may not be altered.

5. One community table in the Brokers’ Club area will be available with power outlets.

6. Food and beverage will be available throughout the day. Outside food and beverage will not be allowed within the Brokers’ Club area.

7. Brokers’ Club Tables and meeting rooms are available to registered members only. Badges are required for all admission into the Brokers’ Lounge and Club.

8. The tables and the areas surrounding the tables are not to be used for storage of any kind. They are to be used for meeting space only.
