For your convenience a complimentary shuttle is available between the Caribe Royale & The Orlando World Center Marriott.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Numerous rental car firms operate at the Orlando Airport and taxi cab rates to the Marriott are estimated at $45. Mears Transportation provides shuttle service, town cars and taxi service. You can call Mears at (407) 423-5566 or see their website at www.mearstransportation.com.
HOUSING POLICIES
You must be registered for the Convention in order to reserve a room. Rooms are available at Orlando World Center Marriott (Headquarters) and the Caribe Royale for the 2009 Annual Convention. One room per attendee. The Orlando World Marriott rate per night is $225 and the Caribe Royale rate per night is $154. The Caribe Royale is the overflow hotel and is located only .5 miles from the Orlando World Center Marriott. Transportation shuttles will run back and forth between hotels as well.
When making your reservations online, please note that the Annual Convention begins at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 7. NAPSLO has taken into consideration early arrival dates and we have a large room block on Tuesday, Oct. 6. Room rates are not guaranteed beyond September 1 or if the hotel block is sold out.
All room reservation requests must be made no later than September 1. In some cases the room block sells out before the cutoff, therefore, we encourage you to make your reservations as early as possible.
Deposit/Minimum Night Requirements – Credit Card Authorization
A credit card is required to process all reservations. Please provide credit card information below. Room and tax for one (1) night will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival to your credit card then the remainder will be charged either upon modification, cancellation or your arrival at the hotel. If you fail to arrive on your confirmed arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled for all nights and your deposit fees will be forfeited. All hotel room and suite cancellations after September 4 must be made in writing and e-mailed to Vicky@napslo.org. There will be no refunds for changes or cancels after September 4.

Changes can be made through the hotel reservation link listed on your e-mail hotel confirmation until September 4. After September 4 all cancellations and changes need to be made by emailing Vicky@napslo.org.
Early Departures
Room and tax will not be credited for early departures or change in departure date.
