Next Generation Rendezvous, 2nd Annual Cocktail Party
PLEASE RSVP by e-mailing ktaylor@usgins.com IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND. We will be having an event on Friday, October 9th in the evening during the NAPSLO Annual Convention. The event will feature a night time cocktail reception for networking with the Under 40’s Next Generation group from 9pm-12am, location announced at NAPSLO.
On Saturday, October 10th we will have a program in the morning to discuss our initiatives and ideas. The Saturday schedule begins with breakfast in the Brokers' Lounge. Next from 9:00 a.m. -10:30 a.m., we will discuss ways to get involved and hold a Family Feud panel with the Next Generation of E&S vs. the Baby Boomers made up of Board members from NAPSLO.
We will have a lounge for the Next Generation of NAPSLO; please stop by in-between meetings. We will be open from 2pm– 5pm on Wednesday and all day Thursday and Friday.
The NAPSLO Career Awareness Committee is pleased to announce the formal launch of NAPSLO’s Next Generation Initiative. This program focuses on attracting and retaining young talent in the E&S industry. We would like to ask NAPSLO members for their support in locating interested leaders to serve on the newly formed board.
We are also seeking members for our upcoming events and initiatives. The purpose of this organization is to encourage the Next Generation of NAPSLO, aka those under 40, to get involved in our industry. Our purpose and mission is attached at the end of this letter, if you would like more details on our organization.

NAPSLO Next Generation Membership Requirements
- Must be employed by a member corporation of NAPSLO
- Must be Under 40 years of age
Leaders: The Career Awareness subcommittee of NAPSLO has selected an executive panel for leadership and is now seeking interested surplus lines industry professionals, under 40, to volunteer for the remaining board seats.
