Make plans to attend the Next Generation Panel, which will feature a discussion between members of the NAPSLO Board vs. the Next Generation Board. The panel topics will be cohesive with the Convention theme of Adding Value & Promoting Growth: 

Younger hires vs. older hires
Experienced vs. inexperienced
Outside industries vs. Inside industries

A cocktail repcetion will follow for Next Generation members only.
