Online Registration & Hotel Accommodations

Members can register online for the meeting by going to http://register.napslo.org. Your firm's member ID is required to register. After completing the registration process for the Mid-Year Leadership Forum, members can reserve a hotel room by clicking the link to the Fairmont Scottsdale web site. Rooms are limited to one per registered attendee. Rooms in the NAPSLO block reserved by non-registered attendees will be cancelled without notice, no exceptions. NAPSLO reserves the right to cancel rooms if you are not registered for the meeting. Please remember to book your hotel room when prompted at the end of online registration. Registering for the Leadership Forum is a separate process from reserving a sleeping room. Name changes to hotel reservations may not be permitted after January 20.

Paper Registration
Paper registration materials can also be downloaded. Your confirmation letter will provide instructions on reserving your hotel room. Please complete the registration form and send with appropriate fees to NAPSLO. You may register for the golf outing during the online registration process or you can download the golf brochure and complete the paper registration form and mail the form and check payable to the Derek Hughes/NAPSLO Educational Foundation to NAPSLO.

Spouse Registration
Spouse registration includes all official events and a discounted spa treatment at the resort’s spa. The spouse registration fee applied only to individuals not working in the industry who are attending with a registered delegate. Spouses working in the industry and/or spouse's firm will be charged a full delegate registration fee.

DELEGATE - $825 ($925 after January 20)
SPOUSE - $425 ($475 after January 20)
FOUNDATION GOLF OUTING (Friday) - $350 per person
If submitting paper registration, send separate check payable to the Derek Hughes/NAPSLO
Educational Foundation along with completed Foundation Golf Invitational registration form.

Spa Treatments
$125 per spouse; $200 per delegate
Spa treatments for spouses are available for $125, and they may choose from one of the following: Therapeutic Massage; Facial; or Manicure/Pedicure. Each registered spouse is entitled to one treatment at the $125 rate. A spa treatment is also offered to delegates at a reduced rate of $200. NAPSLO Spa treatments are only available at these reduced rates on Thursday, March 1 and Friday, March 2. Additional treatments or use of the spa should be arranged directly with the Spa at your own charge.

Choose SPA under ACTIVITIES during online registration and note if this will be a Spouse Spa Treatment or Delegate Spa Treatment and include spouse’s e-mail address to allow confirmation of the appointment. PROCEDURES & POLICIES
• Only individuals affiliated with and registering under a NAPSLO member firm, or specifically invited by NAPSLO, may register for the Leadership Forum. NO GUEST OR PARTIAL REGISTRATION IS ALLOWED.
•  In order to be listed in the program booklet we must receive your registration by Jan. 20. After Jan. 20, new registrant names will be included on a supplemental list.
• Membership in NAPSLO is by firm. Please register using the firm or branch office ID number.
• NAPSLO must have all the requested information in order to expedite your registration. A limited number of hotel rooms are available for arrivals prior to Wed, Feb. 29. A confirmation letter will be sent with hotel instructions.
• You must register on-site after Feb. 10.
• Hotel rooms are limited to one per delegate. Additional rooms or registrations made by non-registrants will be cancelled.
• Make Golf Outing checks payable to the Derek Hughes/NAPSLO Educational Foundation.
• Delegates should refrain from private meetings and receptions during NAPSLO functions, including the Opening Reception on Wednesday, and on Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. during the session.
• There is a 14 day cancellation policy at the Resort and a credit card is required to reserve your room.  A two-night deposit will be charged to your card 14 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds will be given within the 14 days of your scheduled arrival for any early departures, shortening of stay and/or cancellation of your hotel room
.
• Registration materials and badges will only be provided to the registrant upon presentation of a proper business card or identification. Each registered delegate must pick up his/her badge and packet.
• Badges are not assignable and are intended for the exclusive use of the registrant whose name appears on the badge. Individuals wearing badges other than the badges provided for their use at this meeting will not be permitted to attend NAPSLO functions. Badges can be substituted for delegates unable to attend for a $50 fee.
• The spouse registration fee applied only to individuals not working in the industry who are attending with a registered delegate. Spouses working in the industry and/or spouse's firm will be charged a full delegate registration fee.

Refunds
Refunds less $50 per registrant will be granted to requests received in writing prior to Jan. 21. Cancellations made in writing between Jan. 21 and Feb. 10 will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. No refunds will be granted after Feb. 10. Name substitutions after Jan. 20 will be subject to a $50 administration fee. After Feb. 10, you must register on-site.
