Reservations for the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess require a credit card in order for the reservation to be processed. A two-night deposit is required to book your hotel room.

HOTEL CHANGES OR RESERVATIONS

NAPSLO can not protect or adjust your hotel room if you reserve your room reservation outside the NAPSLO block.

A limited number of rooms in the NAPSLO block are available for attendees arriving prior to Wednesday, February 29 and departing after Saturday, March 3.

The hotel confirmation notice will confirm arrival and departure dates. If you do not receive a confirmation, please e-mail Vicky Fleming at vicky@napslo.org. If you fail to arrive on your listed arrival date, your room will be released and may not be available. NAPSLO’s cancellation policy and resort fees may differ from the hotel’s web site and confirmation notice. Please follow NAPSLO’s policies and rates as outlined.

SUITES /SLEEPING ROOMS /SPECIAL ACCOMODATIONS

You must register for the Leadership Forum in order to reserve a sleeping room. Sleeping rooms are limited to one per registered delegate. Suites are available on a limited basis and may be booked online. Special accommodations for disabled registrants can be made. Please e-mail Vicky@napslo.org with your confirmation number and written description of your needs.

All hotel reservations processed in the NAPSLO room block at the Fairmont will be reviewed weekly and any person holding a reservation without registering for the Mid-Year Leadership Forum first will be cancelled. Hotel reservations can only be made once the attendee has registered for the Leadership Forum.
