Registration Information

Online Registration: New for 2008!

Online registration is now available and is the preferred method of registering and reserving your hotel room. Please visit the online registration page to process your Convention registration and room reservation.

If you prefer not to register online, please download the registration forms and mail to NAPSLO, however please allow at least seven days to receive confirmation. We encourage you to utilize online registration for faster, efficient processing.

To register online, please click the link above. Here you will be able to register for the Convention and will be provided a hotel reservation link to reserve your hotel room. You must be registered for the Convention to reserve a room and NAPSLO reserves the right to cancel any rooms registered under the NAPSLO hotel room block reserved by non-attendees.

To reserve a suite or meeting room, you must download and submit the form to NAPSLO. Suite reservations can not be made online. Brokers' Lounge tables can be reserved when registering online.

Paper Registration:

You can still download a paper registration form to register for the Convention. Once you receive a confirmation from NAPSLO, you may access the hotel reservation link to allow you to reserve your hotel room. You will be prompted to enter your confirmation number and e-mail address provided at the time of registration.

Suite Forms and Meeting Space Forms can also be downloaded and submitted to NAPSLO. Forms will not be processed unless you have registered for the Convention.

To register for the 2008 NAPSLO Annual Convention, the registration fee must accompany the completed convention registration form. Please note online registration is available this year. You can also still send completed registration and hotel room reservation forms and appropriate fees to NAPSLO directly.

A check or credit card number is required for the registration fee. The Spouse registration category is not to be used by co-workers. The NAPSLO Meetings Department will send a confirmation letter acknowledging receipt of the registration materials. The convention registration confirmation letter will be mailed within 10 working days. The hotel will confirm the hotel reservation. Please allow at least three weeks to process, and note the email address on the hotel reservation form where the confirmation should be sent.

Convention registration confirmation letters will include badge information. Firms have 10 days from receipt of the NAPSLO confirmation letter to contact the NAPSLO office to make corrections or changes to the badge information without incurring a charge. Changes requested after the 10-day period will be subject to a $50 fee for each badge corrected or changed for if the firm name or location is changed.

The registration list will be available to convention registrants through the Meetings section of the NAPSLO web site (www.napslo.org). Firms must use their member ID and Password to access the area. The registration list will be updated weekly beginning in June.

NAPSLO’s Convention Registration Desk will be located at the Manchester Grand Hyatt and will be open the following hours:

Noon - 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 11
7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 12
7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 13
8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

BADGE POLICY
Badges are not assignable and are intended for the exclusive use of the registrant whose name appears on the badge. NAPSLO reserves the right to charge a full registration fee to any individual wearing a badge other than his or her 2008 Annual Convention Badge.

Registration materials, including badges, will only be provided to the registrant upon presentation of his or her business card or identification. Badges are required for all NAPSLO functions. Lost badges will not be replaced.

RECOMMENDED ATTIRE
Recommended dress for the Opening Reception and sessions is business casual attire (sport coat and slacks for men and pants or skirts for women). The recommended dress for the spouse tours is casual attire.

REFUND POLICY
All requests must be made in writing. Requests received by the NAPSLO office prior to July 25 will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. Requests received between July 25 and August 15 will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. There will be no refunds after August 15. After August 22, you must register on-site.
