The NAPSLO PAC was formed in 2005 and plays an important role in NAPSLO’s legislative and regulatory efforts. The mission of the NAPSLO PAC is to support candidates for the U.S. House and Senate whose philosophies and attitudes are consistent with the goals of NAPSLO, the surplus lines industry and the wholesale brokerage system.

NAPSLO’s membership created the PAC to educate and support members of Congress and provide an influential voice on some of today’s most complex insurance issues. Using NAPSLO’s Guiding Principles as a roadmap for advocacy, NAPSLO monitors and discusses proposed and pending legislation with Members of Congress that directly impact the surplus lines insurance industry.
